Kashering Policy
Kitchen Kashering: EZkashering is not responsible for any damage that may occur to countertops, sinks, faucets, stovetops, or backsplashes during the kashering process. We also do not cover any other damages incurred during this process.
Guarantee: If your fridge, freezer, or any other rented item fails to operate properly, we will make every effort to deliver a replacement to your home as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. This guarantee is valid for the entire duration of your rental period.
Miscellaneous Damages: The renter is fully responsible for the costs of repairing any damages caused to the appliances or other provided equipment, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Payment: We accept payments via credit and debit cards, and all transactions will be processed online.
Cancellations and Refunds: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your rental date. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the booking.
